Sol Adam Lehman

Sol Adam Lehman (they/them) is a countertenor and pianist. They received their Masters in Voice Performance and Arts Administration from Roosevelt University/Chicago College of Performing Arts and are currently teaching Voice and Piano at Music House. Their professional interests focus on scientifically informed Vocal Pedagogy. Their current projects include the fusing of Baroque and Contemporary repertoire.

Sol loves teaching all ages, but especially teenagers and young adults. They believe there is no singular method to training the voice and use a wide range of tools to encourage vocal freedom across classical and contemporary genres. They strongly believe that learning to sing is an act of self-discovery. Singing is something that everyone, no matter their age or skill-level can benefit from.

In Sol’s downtime, they like to listen to ambient music and learn slide guitar.
