At-Home-Teacher Training
What is an At-Home-Teacher?
At Music House, we believe in the triangle of support between students, their teacher, and the parents or guardians involved at home. An At-Home-Teacher provides practice support and encouragement at home to help our students progress and feel excited about their discipline!
What happens at At-Home-Teacher Training?
We want to provide opportunities for you to learn what your child will be learning this year- at a much quicker pace- so you can practice with your child!
During this training, parents will be able to learn how to play the violin through the same approach as our young violinists- with the Suzuki Curriculum. This virtual training will be for parents only, so make sure your child has other ways to occupy themselves during this time!
Practice Session Feedback:
Send us a 5 minute video of one of your at-home practice sessions, and we will provide you feedback on how to make your sessions more effective and positive!
